The modern impact of slavery IS modern racism, sir. It's not a comparison to and it's certainly not a dismisal. My anseters WERE slaves and I will never know my past beyond that of a slave ship. This isn't abstract for me, this is my life, the life of my parents and there parents before them. How dare you lecture me because of a two word preface when you admit that my objections are sound. My intent is crystal clear and you can cover your eyes all you want, we both know that's not going to change. Both rhetorically and as a matter of taste, you are the ignorant one here. Further, why all this towards me and not toward the lead post who very clearly dismissed both reparations and slavery in exactly the way you seem to be against?
