Back in the 1980's Bulgaria had one of the top school systems around. This was partly due to the socialist state of the country. It wasn't communist like Russia (rather far from that) but wasn't really capitalist either. It was just Socialist, and things were good. Education there is with out a doubt much better then what we have here.Even now, when Bulgaria is declining, education is still above that in America. In middle school, learning a second language is mandatory. English is practically a requirement. What college students are being taught here, now, is being taught at a high school level in Bulgaria. USA really needs to step up its education..
I remember reading how Beijing had to order more of these things because all the athletes were having way more sex than expected.!

I've been burned by Windows Mobile/CE too many times. I'm done.Interesting to note, the Dreamcast is a stellar example of what can be done with Windows CE. You get SEGA doing their thing and it works (unless you forget DVD capability LOL). A lot depends on the implementation. But like the DC, it doesn't matter how good or what potential you have, you need a good business model backing it up. Like an App store. Or open-source development. Google integrated. Things of that nature. What does WM offer me? Rebooting isn't all that entertaining. Other than that...nope. That's why I have an iPhone and my kid has a Motorola Q.
