XP is great now, but a lot of users either weren't around for its release or have forgotten. It was shunned by most of the I.T. community for a while just like Vista was. Come to think of it, its been that way for just about every Windows release. Microsoft has a history of pumping pure crap to the store shelves. I applaud them on 7, but they're not off the hook yet.

i have a 4870 and a core 2 duo and GTA4 doesn't run very smoohtly at maximum seetings at 1680. But it's playable.
