I'm glad to see a company is finally creating a high functionality open source mouse! If I was to buy the Razer Naga or Steelseries MMO mouse, it would be little more than a standard two-button and wheel mouse under Linux or other operating systems by default. Most hardware designers seem to link their extra buttons and functionality to proprietary methods and fail to provide specs or an SDK. With the OpenOfficeMouse, or future WarMouse products I will be able to configure and use those extra features on any OS! Saying you have to wipe the drive to install windows 7 over XP is wrong.You can't UPGRADE from XP to 7, no. However it has no problem installing Windows 7 on an empty part of the XP partition and than moving all files you had while on XP to a folder called C:\Windows.old where you can conveniently access all your files and move them where you please.?

I fix computers for a living and I can tell you that I see 5-10 rigs cross my desk every week running AVG and Avira absolutely RIDDLED with infections. Considering the massive performance hit of either of 'em I certainly can't recommend them. What do I use to clean up all the crap they miss? Malwarebytes and SuperAntispyware. The two of those free on-demand scanners clean most current infections. If they miss something, I hit 'em with Eset. This list is highly suspect.

I don't know why you got dug down because that is a perfect analogy.No single android deveice(or other smart phone in general in US) is going to dethrone the iphone. It made the smart phone more than just a business tool. With more android devices being released on different networks people are probably going to buy it as a "bargain brand" or "imitation" iphone and find that what they have is pretty damn good.

Microsoft was too large, and too short sighted on shareholder profits, to quickly adapt.Apple is entering the same situation now, IMO, with some of the decisions they are making.... give Google 15 more years and we'll be rooting for a new underdog.
